These rates are for an INTERNET CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE ACCOUNT, PAYMENT GATEWAY
SERVICES, Web Link, Virtual terminal and Multi-Currency capabilities. No

party, need be made before your company will be ready to accept payment by
